- SUPREME商品、折扣商品或已使用優惠碼的商品是不設退貨或換貨。

- 減價貨品及不符合規定的商品會被退回,此運費將由客人承擔。

- 退貨運費由客人承擔,我們不會提供回件託運標籤或運費退款。

- 請把所有退貨商品包裝妥當。如要退回鞋履商品,請將原裝鞋盒放置至於另一個盒子中,以避免在退貨過程中造成任何損毀。由於鞋盒是產品的一部分,我們不會接受鞋盒受損的退    貨。

- 退貨包裹被簽收前,客人必須承擔責任。因此,我們建議您採用可靠又可追蹤的運輸服務。如退貨商品在運送過程中受損或丟失,我們概不負責。

- 如您要求退款,訂單中的運費、進口稅及關稅不會被退回。

- 如您要求換貨,第二次運費將由我們負責。如您要求換貨的尺碼售罊,我們會安排退款到您原來的支付帳戶。

- 如您收到錯誤商品、瑕疵商品或發現包裹不完整,請於簽收日起計7內與我們聯絡,並提供您的訂單號碼、商品照片及其他相關詳情,我們將竭誠為您解決。

- 如有任何糾紛,POPCORNSTORE將保留最終的決定權。


- Selected items can be returned orexchanged within 30 days  from the date you received yourorder.

- All returned merchandise must be inNEW/ORIGINAL and resalable condition with all tags and original packagingattached. We will not accept any items that are not in this condition.

- SUPREME ITEMS, SALE ITEMS, PROMOTIONITEMS(Discount code applied)ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE. Please seelist of final sale items below.

- Sale items and items not innew/original condition with all tags and original packaging will be returned tothe customer at the customer's expense.

- Return shipping fees are theresponsibility of the customer. We will not provide return labels or refundshipping fees.

- Please ensure all returned items arewell packaged. If returning footwear, please make sure the shoebox is packedwith an outer layer. As the shoebox is part of the product, we will not acceptreturned footwear with a damaged shoebox.

- Return packages are the customer'sresponsibility until they are received by us. It is recommended that you takenecessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returningyour package. We will not be responsible for items that are damaged or lost inthe return delivery process.

- If you have requested for a refund,the original shipping fee and taxes/duties of your order will not be refunded.

- If you have requested for anexchange, the shipping fee for the new order will be waived. If we do not havestock for the size you requested for exchange, we will issue a refund to youroriginal payment method.

- If the item you received isINCORRECT, MISSING, or DEFECTIVE, please contact us within 7 days  from the date you received your order. Please include yourorder number, photographs of the item(s), and all related references uponreceiving your package.

- Upon dispute, POPCORN STORE reservesthe right to make the final decision on all returns cases.
